Recruiting
Document intelligence that reads, structures, and searches resumes — so screening is no longer a pile of hours on a desk.
Alpine Investors
Internal AI for recruiting, training, knowledge, compliance, and research — built to absorb load, not to put a demo on a wall.
Alpine Investors is a people-driven private equity firm. The work we did sits inside the organization: the operational load that recruiting, training, knowledge, compliance, and research teams were carrying by hand. The brief was not more software. It was time returned to the people who already had jobs.
We designed and deployed a set of internal AI systems that plug into those workflows. Document understanding. Retrieval. Assistants for staff and learners. Extraction. Decision support. Each one built so a non-technical team could adopt it without ceremony.
Where the work went
Document intelligence that reads, structures, and searches resumes — so screening is no longer a pile of hours on a desk.
Learning assistants for instructors and staff. Questions get answered in place. Programs scale without a matching rise in teaching hours.
Staff assistants that retrieve, draft, and analyze across scattered files, so people spend less time hunting and more time deciding.
Review support for reports and records. Repetitive checks become exception handling. People remain accountable; the machine does the first pass.
Collection and cleaning pipelines that gather analysis-ready material from multiple sources — not a week of spreadsheet labor.
Published result
That is the number we can stand behind in public. These systems are internal. We do not publish screenshots, and we do not treat the firm's scale as an outcome of this work.
Most organizations do not need more AI tools. They need the friction in the work taken off the people who run it.
